If you have a chance to read this home page you will notice that I have moved several times with my husband's 30 year IBM career. We all know that IBM really stands for "I've Been Moved"!  We have made several moves within the US, having lived in Illinois and Rochester, MN,  as well as a move to Tokyo and Singapore. For those of you moving to "The Southern Crescent" area of Metro-Atlanta, Fayette, South Fulton, and Coweta Counties are truly magnificent. There are many lovely homes and neighborhoods!  I can help you find a home on the lakes, ponds, golf courses or in the historic districts.  Towns that you may want to investigate are: Newnan, Peachtree City,  Fayetteville, Senoia, Sharpsburg, Tyrone, Fairburn and Brooks. If you are bringing children for a look-see please let me know their ages and I can have the appropriate "goodie bag" ready for them.  Ice cream coupons and golf cart rides can go a long way to helping them think that this area just might be a fun place to live!!  For the buyer who will need to commute into Atlanta or Hartsfield...I know some great neighborhoods with the absolute BEST commute times!! Why not spend that extra time with the kids or on the golf course... NOT commuting.

Many have only heard of "Peachtree City" in this area...and for  many good reasons!  "Money Magazine" in August of 2005 & 2009 honored PTC by being named the "8th Best Place to Live in America". Give me a call and I will gladly show you some of the lovely homes in Peachtree City...referred to as a "resort" without the tourists! We have over 90 miles of city maintained golf cart paths. Take your golf cart to pick the kids up at school, go for an ice cream cone or stop at the grocery store. Life is great in Peachtree City! It is the unwritten rule that you must wave and smile at everyone you pass on your golf cart.  Enjoy the slow paced life only 30 miles from downtown Atlanta.
